There’s a success fee for job referrals and a refund system, and the fee can be paid in up to 24 installments.

① 無料相談・ヒアリング
Free consultation and hearing
受け入れ人数・職種・希望時期などをお聞きします。費用の目安もご説明します。
We’ll ask about the number of people you can take, job types, and your preferred timing. We’ll also give you an idea of the costs.
② 登録支援機関委託契約の締結
Signing a contract with a registered support organization
当事務所との支援委託契約を締結します。
We’ll sign a support outsourcing contract with this office.
③ 在留資格申請・審査Visa Status Application and Review
特定技能1号の在留資格認定証明書交付申請を行います
I’m going to apply for the Certificate of Eligibility for the Specified Skilled Worker Type 1 visa.
入国時Upon entering the country
④ 入国・事前ガイダンス・送迎Entry, Pre-Arrival Guidance, and Pickup
入国後、事前ガイダンスを実施。空港への出迎えも行います。
After you arrive in the country, we’ll give you a pre-orientation. We’ll also pick you up at the airport.
就労後After starting work
⑤ 就労開始・継続支援Support for starting and continuing work
就労開始後も3ヶ月ごとの定期面談・相談対応などの継続支援を実施します。
Even after starting work, we’ll continue support with regular check-ins and consultations every three months.
